Nunatak Capital has invested in SentiOne SA - AI Customer Service Automation

The latest investment of Nunatak Capital will allow SentiOne to facilitate international expansion of their market-leading conversational AI technology.

- The main goal of Nunatak Capital and SentiOne is to strengthen the company's position as a leader on the Polish market and expand to international markets in banking, insurance and telco sectors. Only in 2020 SentiOne reported 70% growth year on year thanks to their successful commercialization of chatbot and voicebot products. The plans for further development are equally ambitious - says Piotr Ciżkowicz, Managing Partner of Nunatak Capital and Associated Professor at Warsaw School of Economics.

SentiOne has been recognized in many rankings, receiving awards such as EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA or Top 20 Scaleup in Europe. Following the stellar growth, in 2021 the company plans to open a new office in Dubai to facilitate AI adoption in MENA region, thanks to the strategic partnership with Seed Group - owned by Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, a member of the Dubai royal family and founder of Emirates airlines.

We will continue to develop this competitive advantage, also with the support of data science experts from Nunatak Capital and additional funds for R&D (PLN 18.8 million grants obtained this year).
